Coaches' Quick Start for Registering

1. Review All-Star Cheerleading's Event Schedule.
2. Either: Register online, or print out the Registration Form . After filling out the form completely, choose one:
• Mail the completed form with payment enclosed to:

• Fax the completed form with credit card payment to 1-800-864-3680.
• Payment details can be found on All-Star Cheerleading's Registration Payments and Refunds page.
3. Each coach needs to download TEAM MEMBER LIST. Complete all required information. This form must be faxed in or mailed PRIOR to the event you are attending. Please keep a copy for yourself and bring it with you to the competition. You must complete a TEAM MEMBER LIST for each event you are attending. Please complete one list per team and be sure to list crossovers on all teams which they will be competing.
4. WAIVER FORMS: Each participant needs to either be listed on the Team Waiver form (with all the information completed and a parent/guardian signature) OR have an individual waiver form completed. All waiver forms must be received in our office PRIOR to the first event you are attending. YOU ONLY NEED TO COMPLETE WAIVER FORMS ONE TIME. They will be kept on file for the entire season. If you attend more than one event you will only need to submit forms for anyone that has been ADDED to your roster.
5. Watch your email for event reminders and visit All-Star Cheerleading, Inc.'s website the Thursday before your event for final details!
