Registration Payments
Cost per participant is $15 (foam floor) or $35 (spring floor) if paid on or before the early (discount) registration deadline. On-time registration fees are $20 (foam floor) or $40 (spring floor) per participant. Late registration fees are $25 (foam floor) or $45 (spring floor) per participant. Please refer to the Registration Form
for all early, on-time, and late registration deadline dates. Squads with fewer than 10 participants will pay a minimum registration fee of $150 (foam floor) or $300 (spring floor) for early registration, $200 (foam floor) or $350 (spring floor) for on-time registration, and $250 (foam floor) or $400 (spring floor) for late registration fees.

All registration fees must be received in our office the Wednesday PRIOR TO THE EVENT DATE. . If you registered on-line under the EARLY/DISCOUNT fee and fail to send your fee on or before the Wednesday PRIOR TO THE EVENT DATE you will be charged the late fee per participant (and be ineligible for the early and on-time per participant discounts).
School Purchase Orders are considered pre-payment if we have the actual purchase order in hand so that we can bill the school.
Registration fees that are not paid on or before the Wednesday PRIOR TO THE EVENT DATE will require the coach to pay the registration fee with credit card by phone to be able to participate. If you are unable to pay your registration fee, your squad will not be permitted to participate.
Refunds
Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless written notice of withdrawal from the competition is postmarked at least 14 days before the competition date.
